Thank you so much for considering a sponsorship to Amleia Island Runners.  Our club is non-profit and we strive to give back to the community by offering scholarships to local high schools seniors, grants to those in need and funds to conduct our 3 seasonal races (Doug Stuber Memorial Turtle Trot, Reindeer Run and Ned Tyson Memorial Pirate Run) among other endeavors.  Our Board is completely volunteer and 100% of your sponsorhsip money goes to the Club for those items listed above and/or operating costs such as this very website among others.

 

A Silver sponsorship is affordable and still very popular, and only $500 for all 3 races, plus year-round advertising link from our webpage, and two free race entries to either of our 5k/10k races.  Gold sponsorships are $1,000 for all 3 races and include all of the Silver Sponsorship benefits and 4 free entries (versus 2) to the Reindeer Run.  The Presenting Sponsorship is pretty special because there can be only one of them per race.  If your organization wants to be the Presenting Sponsor, you'll receive all the benefits of Silver Sponsorship for all 3 races, PLUS your organization's name on the front of the race shirt and all printed materials, signage at your event, and 6 free entries to your presenting race plus two entries to our other two events.  Finally, if you'd like to make a donation of any amount without sponsoring a specific race, you can use this form as well.  Please look over the form carefully at your leisure for additional information.

 

We could knock this out of the park this year with an early jump and could use all of your help to get some sponsorship money into these races.  Additionally, if you know of a business who would like to make some other contribution (water stop volunteer, in-kind donation, etc.) please reach out to me to discuss how we can get them involved.
